Abstract：In view of the development from geopolitics concept to geo-economy concept, this paper has been focused on the description of the geo-economic pattern of oil and gas which is divided into "petroleum supplied heartland", "inner demand crescent lands" and "outer demand crescent lands" after Cold War through analysis of the shift of gravity center of world's oil and gas as space changed and time passed.Meanwhile, geostrategic game of oil and gas between the countries of "inner geopolitical triangles" and the countries of "outer geopolitical triangles" based on the scramble for the oil and gas of Central Asian and transnational transportation pipeline has been described.On the basis of the analysis above, some situations facing security of oil and gas in China as well as the strategies coping with the situations have been discussed.
